Accelerating market entry process

The Speed-to-Market Accelerator (STMA) is a new collaborative program led by NorTech, JumpStart, Lorain County Community College, and MAGNET to accelerate the speed-to-market for high potential products in Northeast Ohio's advanced energy and flexible electronics industry clusters.

The STMA program draws on existing support, training and research resources in Northeast Ohio, providing a comprehensive set of services to help cluster members accelerate the commercialization of their products and services. Available services include:

Sign Up for Services Today

The Speed-to-Market Accelerator (STMA) is designed to help cluster companies commercialize their products more quickly and efficiently. STMA provides free, customized services to cluster members, including one-on-one counseling, market development, manufacturing scale-up, and workforce development.

To participate in STMA, companies must already be or register to be a cluster member. Program Eligibility

The Speed-to-Market Accelerator provides free services to NorTech cluster members in a 12-county area in Northeast Ohio: Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Lorain, Mahoning, Medina, Portage, Stark, Summit, Trumbull and Wayne.

Out of the region? If a company is located outside the STMA service area but is working on a commercialization project with a cluster member in one of the 12 counties, then the company is eligible for free STMA services.

Northeast Ohio's Speed-to-Market Accelerator is funded by the Jobs and Innovation Accelerator Challenge, a federal, multi-agency grant which aims to fuel job creation and global competitiveness in regions that demonstrate the existence of high-growth industry clusters.
