NorTech utilizes formal and informal channels to help cluster members locate and pursue non-dilutive funding available through government agencies and programs. This funding does not require large equity stakes or intellectual property ownership. NorTech also engages with state and federal agencies on behalf of cluster members (a) to influence funding topics to reflect FlexMatters® members' strengths and (b) to identify funding opportunities before their official release.
