NorTech's cluster development activities serve all members of a cluster including small, medium and large companies; research institutions; universities; public, private and philanthropic funding sources; regional, state and federal government; industry associations; and other economic development organizations.

NorTech serves cluster members based in Northeast Ohio's 21-county region including Ashland, Ashtabula, Carroll, Columbiana, Crawford, Cuyahoga, Erie, Geauga, Holmes, Huron, Lake, Lorain, Mahoning, Medina, Portage, Richland, Stark, Summit, Trumbull, Tuscarawas, and Wayne counties.
